Cardio Kickboxing

Come try our full body Cardio Kickboxing class. With the use of a water based bags we teach a combination of punches and kicks, giving you a true cardio workout.

September is here and Cardio Kickboxing is ready to start; how about doing something for good for yourself?

Cardio Kickboxing is a one-hour low impact and fun class with a mix of cardio and self-defense moves. The class is open for teens to seniors, and yes you can do it!

Come in for a free class and registration on Wednesday September 9th or Saturday September 12th. If you register your gloves are free.

Join us and work up and sweat and have fun.
